By and large, it was comfortable base for sightseeing in Newbury, had much fun. The location was lovely, short walk to garden, the pub itself, and a fantastic restaurant & bar. Could be great for a stopover.
The bathroom was a bit tired, I didn't like it.

The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed and a modern en-suite shower room. The breakfast, served in the inn or garden across the village road, was superb with a variety of options to choose from. The village itself is picturesque, with beautiful thatched cottages and a peaceful ambiance. We also enjoyed the excellent beer and good food, especially the Greek salad and fish and chips. it was an excellent stay in a lovely village pub.
Nothing at all. 👌🏼

Staff were very hospitable, room was lovely sized and newly decorated in the larger bedroom. The location was lovely and very pretty for Newbury, next to restaurant, the pub whom own the property, and the beer garden. Also, it was 5 minutes drive to a trindledown farm.

Great-sized and luxury units with a very comfortable bed, a table and chairs, for example, and the staff were extremely friendly. Exceptionally nice and stunning location - a short walk to everywhere we needed.
